UCLA's Center for Advancing Longitudinal Drug Abuse Research Survey

This research study is being conducted by Dr. Adi Jaffe of UCLA's Center for Advancing Longitudinal Drug Abuse Research (CALDAR). Participation will require access to the internet for a total of about 60 minutes over 4 different assessment occasions (1 baseline and 3 follow-up assessments) and will incorporate the information you just submitted using the RehabFinder.
